Mr. Tshering Dorji

Mr. Tshering Dorji joined HRAB as Executive Director in 2018, bringing over 15 years of experience in hospitality management and association leadership. He oversees all secretariat operations, manages stakeholder relationships, and ensures the effective implementation of HRAB’s programs and initiatives.

Prior to joining HRAB, he served in various capacities in the tourism sector, including roles with the Tourism Council of Bhutan and several leading hotels. He holds a Master’s degree in Tourism Management.
